Future Canteen is a Japanese canteen built around good food and eating well without the fuss. Sushi rolls, katsu curry, fresh bowls, and bubble tea, made to enjoy with people, without pretence.
We took the name from a time when Japanese food first started turning heads in Australia, when raw fish felt adventurous and chopsticks were a novelty. That era had an energy to it. We liked it enough to keep the name.
